Stephen Baard Netherland (born 28 January 1989) is a Dutch cricketer who has played for the Namibia national cricket team since 2008. He primarily plays as a batsman and was named in the Netherlands’ provisional squad for the 2015 ICC World Cup. Netherland made his Twenty20 International debut against Ireland in May 2016.

He has also played for both Northamptonshire and Somerset in English county cricket. Netherland was born in Breda, Netherlands. In 2009, he was named the Dutch Cricketer of the Year. Netherland made his debut for Namibia in 2006 against Scotland and has played 58 official matches for his country, scoring 2588 runs at an average of 34.31 with a highest score of 201 not out. Netherland made his first-class debut for Northamptonshire against Oxford University in 2007 and went on to play 38 first-class matches for the county, scoring 1239 runs at an average of 30.75 with a highest score of 171 not out.
