Ambati Rayudu Biography
Ambati Rayudu is an Indian cricketer who plays for the national team and has been a part of several successful teams. He was born on 23rd September 1985 in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. His father’s name is Ambati Sambasiva Rao and his mother’s name is Vijayalakshmi. He attended Bhavan’s Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalaya school in Hyderabad where he developed an interest in cricket at a young age.
Rayudu made his first-class debut for Hyderabad against Goa in 2002/03 season when he was just 17 years old. In 2004, he scored two centuries against Karnataka which earned him selection to the India Under 19 squad that toured England later that year. After impressing with some consistent performances, Rayudu made his ODI debut against Zimbabwe in 2013 and went on to become one of India’s most reliable batsmen over the next few years.
