Harry Brook was born on 12th February, 1986 in the town of Wokingham, England. He played cricket for both Sussex and England at international level. His first-class debut came in 2003 against Durham. He went on to play 219 first-class matches for Sussex, reaching a highest score of 193 not out. He also represented England at Twenty20 and One Day Internationals (ODIs). In 2011, he signed with Somerset as an overseas player. He retired from international cricket in 2014. Since then he has worked as a cricket coach and commentator for BBC Sussex and Channel 4.

He has since played 137 first-class matches for the team and scored 586 runs at an average of 33.71 with a high score of 82 not out recorded against Gloucestershire at Old Trafford in 2010. The new young and talented batsman of the England National team , Harry Brook is turning out to be a very fine batter.

Brook represents Yorkshire in domestic cricket and he actually made his debut against the Pakistan A team in 2016. Brook also represented Yorkshire in the County Championship in 2017. He scored three brilliant centuries right after his debut.

Brooks has also represented England’s Under-19 team in International matches against Indian Under-19 team where he got to play two test matches and 5 limited overs cricket matches.

Following his Great performance for Yorkshire in the T20 format, he was selected by Lahore Qalandars in PSL 2022. He scored his maiden PSL century for Lahore Qalandars against Islamabad United. That’s where he came to limelight and even got appreciation from veterans of the England Cricket team. In January 2022, he was selected in England’s squad for the series against the West Indies and made his T20I debut. He was then named in England’s squad for the test series against New Zealand and in July same year, he was selected into the England squad for the series against India.
