Rishabh Rajendra Pant (born 4 October 1997) is an Indian international cricketer who plays as a wicket-keeper-batsman for the Indian national team. Early life and career of Rishabh Pant

Rishabh Rajendra Pant was born on October 4, 1997, in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. His father, Rajendra Singh Pant, is a compounder at a government hospital and his mother, Saroj Pant, is a homemaker. He has two elder sisters.

Pant began his cricketing career at the age of 12 when he joined Dinesh Karthik’s cricket academy in Delhi. He made his first-class debut for Uttarakhand in 2016 and scored a century in his second match. In 2017, he was bought by the Delhi Daredevils team for the Indian Premier League (IPL) and scored 358 runs in 14 matches.
