Batting & Fielding
The 6 foot 7 inches tall giant pacer Reece Topley has the ability to trouble the batter with his gruesome yorkers and short balls. Bowling short balls is not difficult for this lad due to his height. Topley played his first international match for England against Australia in 2015. Although he remained wicket-less in that match.
Topley has played for Essex, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and currently plays for Oval Invincibles in domestic cricket.
Topley was selected for the series against Pakistan in 2015. Throughout the ODI and T20Is played between these two teams in the series, Topley had been impressive with balls. He ended the series with 10 wickets. Topley then went on to represent England in T20I and ODI in upcoming series. He played the T20 World Cup 2016 as well though he couldn’t contribute much for his team. He got injured in 2016.
Topley then returned to International cricket in 2020. In the ODI match against India in 2021, he took the five wickets haul while just conceding 24 runs.
