The cogent hitter of the ball, Hazratullah Zazai debuted in 2016 and since then he has played several astounding innings. He hit the ball with utmost power. Zazai is a left handed batter and the sound produced from his bat whenever he hits a ball sounds surreal. His first huge innings came against Ireland in 2019.
He hit 162 runs on just 62 balls. He played ferociously that day and his innings included 16 sixes. This was the highest individual score by an Afghan batter and Afghanistan ended up scoring 278 runs, which is the highest total in T20I. Zazai also holds the record of scoring fastest half century by an Afghan batter.
He scored a fifty on 22 balls against Ireland. Prior to this, he scored the fastest fifty in the T20 on just 12 balls at the Afghanistan Premier League 2018. In the same match, he hit six sixes in an over. He has played in the PSL, BPL and LPL as well.
