Josh Little is one of the exciting pacers to emerge from Ireland. He made his debut in 2016 and he was 16 years old at his debut match. He was born in Dublin and his two sisters are cricketers as well. Josh made no delay in making an impression and took 4 important dismissals on his debut ODI match and that too against the mighty England team.
Though Josh started playing cricket from 2016, there was a stop in his career due to his educational liabilities. Prior to his debut for the senior side, he had played in the Under-19 team. Little started playing regular cricket from 2019. In 2020, he took 5 wickets against England in an ODI series.
Little represents Leinster Lighting in Ireland domestic cricket and he has also played for Dambulla Giants in the Lanka Premier League. His career’s best bowling figure came in The Hundred tournament where he took fifer by just conceding 13 runs. Little is a ray of hope for Ireland as they badly needed a pacer like him
