Ashen Bandara Sri Lanka cricket player is an allrounder cricketer. He made his international debut for Sri Lanka on 11 October 2014 against the United Arab Emirates. Ashen Bandara is considered as a bright prospect for Sri Lanka Cricket and is tipped to become one of the most successful Sri Lankan cricketers in years to come. He was born on 2 October 1998 in Kandy, Sri Lanka. His father, Ashen Bandara was a former cricketer who played for Western Province and Tamil Union Cricket Club. Ashen Bandara’s mother, Chandrika, is from the wealthy family of Wijeratne Walamahemaru. In December 2013, Ashen Bandara made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut for Sri Lanka against South Africa at Cape Town.

Ashen Bandara is a Sri Lankan cricketer who represented the country in international matches. He has also played for the national cricket team in domestic tournaments. He was born on July 10, 1990 in Kandy, Sri Lanka and is currently playing for the Kandy District Cricket Association.
Bandara made his debut for the Sri Lanka national cricket team in January 2011 against Afghanistan. He later played at the 2014 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier and 2015 Asia Cup. In October 2018, he was named in Sri Lanka’s squad for their tour of Australia. In December 2018, he was ruled out of the remainder of Sri Lanka’s tour of England with a back injury.[1]
In November 2017, Bandara became engaged to former Miss Sri Lanka Universe titleholder Nalini Jayawardena.[2] The couple married on September 12, 2018.[3] They have one son together.[4]

Ashen Bandara is a Sri Lankan cricketer who has played for the country in both Test and One Day International (ODI) matches. He made his Test debut in 2009, and has since been a regular member of the team, playing 35 matches. He has also captained the side on several occasions.
Bandara was born to a Tamil family in Colombo. He began playing cricket at an early age, and played for Ceylon Schools teams before moving to England to study at Cambridge University. After leaving university, he returned to Sri Lanka and made his first-class debut for Galle Cricket Club in 2006. He made his ODI debut two years later, playing against India. In 2009, he represented the Sri Lankan team at the World Twenty20 tournament in South Africa, where they reached the semi-finals.
In March 2018, Bandara was named captain of the Sri Lankan side for their upcoming series against Pakistan. The series will be his first as full captain of the side.
