Usman Qadir
Usman Qadir, who is a right arm leg spinner, is the son of great Abdul Qadir who was one of the best spinners of his time. He got the same action as his father. His brother Sulaiman Qadir and his brother-in -law, Umar Akmal played cricket as well.
Qadir played for the Adelaide cricket club for the domestic season 2012-13. He then represented Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash league in 2018. Qadir made his debut for Western Australia in 2018-9 in One Day Cup.
Usman Qadir was named in the Central Punjab’s Squad for domestic season 2020-21 in Pakistan. He was named in the squad for the T20 series against Australia in 2019 but didn’t play a single match. He was again selected for the series against Bangladesh in 2020 and then in a T20 series against Zimbabwe where he made his debut. He made his ODI debut against South Africa in April 2021. He was named in the squad for T20 World Cup 2021 as well. Qadir needs to work on his length and he could become Abdul Qadir 2.0
