Rilee Rossouw plays classy and mature shots, making him a versatile and unique batter. He is a left handed batter who is a compact player and a powerful hitter of the ball as well. Rossouw made his first class debut in 2007 and he had to wait 7 years to make a place in the national side.
Prior to his inclusion into the senior side, he played in the Under-19 team as well. Since his debut, Rossouw was performing consistently in domestic cricket and in every season, he played tremendously. During the 2008-09 season, he scored 765 runs while in the very next domestic season 2009-10, he was brilliant once again and scored 1261 runs including a triple century as well.
On his T20I debut, Rossouw scored 78 runs. Rossouw was in the squad that played the 2015 ODI World Cup and 2016 T20 World Cup. His maiden ODI century came against West Indies in 2015. Rossouw has played in several leagues around the World as well such as IPL, PSL, BPL and BBL.
