Early life and career of Alzarri Shaheim Joseph
Alzarri Shaheim Joseph West Indies cricketer, was born on 2nd December 1988 in Saint Ann, Jamaica. He began his cricketing career at the age of 10, playing for his school side. In 2006, he was selected to play for the West Indies U-19 team and made his Twenty20 International debut later that year. He made his One Day International debut in 2009 and went on to play a total of 41 matches before retiring from international cricket in 2013.
After retirement from international cricket, Alzarri Shaheim Joseph has continued to play domestic cricket for several teams in West Indies including Barbados Tridents (2009-2011), Jamaica Tallawahs (2011-2014), Trinbago Knight Riders (2015) and also the Central Lancashire Cricket Club (2016). Alzarri Shaheim Joseph has also represented the Windies national side in a number of Test and One Day Internationals since making his Test debut against India in 2014.
