Early life and career of Ruben Trumpelmann

Ruben Trumpelmann was born on the 19th of July 1992 in Windhoek, Namibia. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium fast bowler.

Trumpelmann made his debut for Namibia in November 2009 against Zimbabwe, playing only one limited-overs game before making his ODI debut against Sri Lanka in October 2010. In October 2012, he scored his first test century against Bangladesh. Trumpelmann played all five tests and 22 ODIs in the 2013 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier tournament, hitting a total of 184 runs at an average of 43.00 with a highest score of 108 not out.

He made his T20I debut for New Zealand against South Africa on 27 March 2016 but did not make any further appearances for the national side.
